Your 7 days begin when your details arrive, since that is when we start building the night.

Within 24 hours of receiving your details, a personalized letter addressed to your child (or children) is on its way.

Each experience is custom-made and personalized after you order. You can have a full refund any time before your child’s letter is sent — after that, it is already on its way to them and no longer refundable. Read our refund policy.
