Delivery and Refund Policy

Delivery

Party & Pillow kits are digital. Nothing ships to your address. Your kit is delivered by email as print-ready PDFs with fill-in fields on the pages that need them. Any kit we are still putting the finishing touches on is a pre-order at a lower price, with the delivery date shown on the product page before you buy. Finished kits are instant downloads. Pre-orders arrive by the date we promise you, and you can cancel any time before then for a full refund. If your kit has not arrived by its promised date, check your promotions and spam folders, then email us and we will send it immediately.

Refunds

Before delivery: cancel any time for a full refund, for any reason, including changing your mind. Just reply to your confirmation email.

After delivery: because these are digital files, we cannot take them back, but we do stand behind them. If the kit does not hold up on the night, reply to your delivery email and tell us what happened and we will refund you. No forms, no photos.

How to ask for a refund

Email us at partymakers@partyandpillow.com and tell us the name and email address the order was placed under, and what went wrong. Plain words are fine — you do not need to make a case. We will reply within 48 hours.
