Delivery and Refund Policy

Delivery

Party & Pillow party guides are digital. Nothing ships to your address. Your party guide is a private web link we email you. Your party guide opens on any device, and you can print any page of it. The downloadable kit has your invitations, signs and game pieces ready to print.

A finished guide's link arrives by email the moment you order. A guide we're still finishing is a pre-order at a lower price, and its link arrives within 7 days of your order, often sooner. Every product page says which one it is before you buy. If your link hasn't arrived by then, check your promotions and spam folders, then email us and we'll send it right away.

Your access

Download your printables and keep them forever. Your private link expires 12 months after we send it, so download everything you want to keep before then. If Party & Pillow ever closes, we'll email you at least 30 days ahead so you can download your printables.

Refunds

Before your link is sent: cancel any time for a full refund, for any reason, including changing your mind. Just reply to your confirmation email.

After your link is sent: you can download the printables and keep them, so we can't take those back, but we stand behind the guide. If it doesn't hold up on the night, reply to your email, tell us what happened, and we'll refund you. No forms, no photos. A refunded order's link stops working.

How to ask for a refund

Email us at partymakers@partyandpillow.com and tell us the name and email address the order was placed under, and what went wrong. Plain words are fine. You don't need to make a case. We'll reply within 48 hours.
