At 8:30 PM, the making stops for the gallery walk.

At 8:30 PM the sealed Mystery Envelope is opened and the workshop closes for the evening showing. The children arrange their pieces with display cards naming each maker, light the lantern beside the table, then walk the table together and look properly at what everyone made.

This is the calmest experience on the list, and deliberately so. There is no winner, no timer and no comparison — just making something with your hands alongside your friends, and taking it home.

  • A themed welcome moment — Makers are met at a personalized welcome sign you print with a camp passport bearing their name, a printable creator badge, a printable name badge and their own supplies laid out at their place — the bags and baskets come from your supplies list.
  • Age-appropriate making projects — Several projects pitched to the age edition you choose, laid out as stations — threading, paper flowers, bag decorating, bracelets, journals, weaving or stitching — each with its own supplies and card.
  • Food and drink ideas — A snack spread that survives sticky fingers, a jug drink kept safely away from the work, and a warm one for the quiet stretch near the end — chosen around the foods your child (or children) actually reach for first.
  • Experience Cards — Craft challenge cards handed out at each station with step-by-step guidance, a variation for anyone who finishes early and a simpler route for anyone who would rather not.

Everything here is created after you order, then emailed to you as an editable Canva file with print-ready PDFs you print at home — nothing is posted. It is written for one to eight children and personalized from the details you share, so the final experience varies according to what you tell us.

You buy them, and we make that as painless as we can. The supply list is split into what is almost certainly already in your house and what is worth picking up, with quantities worked out per child, notes on what can be halved or substituted, and honest guidance on which items are worth spending on and which are not. Nothing on the list is specialist or hard to find.

Less than you are imagining, because it is designed around a covered table rather than a studio. Materials are chosen to be washable and low-drip, the wet projects are grouped so only one area needs protecting, and each station tells you what to lay down first. There is also a written low-mess version of every project if you would rather not have paint or glue in the room at all.

This experience is largely written for them. Nothing is judged, nothing is compared and no project has a correct outcome, so there is no way to be bad at it. The structured projects — bracelets, threading, weaving, the kindness craft — give that child clear steps to follow rather than a blank page, which is usually the thing that puts them off. They tend to be the ones still making at the end.

Less than you would for a game-based night, and it drops as the evening goes on. You demonstrate each station once, then the challenge cards do the instructing and children work independently. For 5–7 expect to help with knots, taping and anything sharp. For 8–10 and tweens you are mostly refilling snacks and admiring things. The display moment is the only part that needs you back in the room properly.
